The vial washing, drying, filling and capping linkage line is composed of KCL series vertical ultrasonic vial washing machine, KASMR tunnel type hot air circulation sterilization tunnel, and KAFV series vial filling and capping machine, which can also be used alone. Used to produce vials with a size of 10- 100ML. It can complete more than 20 processes, including spray water injection, ultrasonic rough cleaning, vial outer wall water flushing, vial inner wall continuous secondary circulating water flushing, one blowing, one freshwater flushing, continuous secondary blowing, vial outer wall blowing, preheating, drying sterilization and heat removal, cooling, nitrogen filling, product filling and capping.
