small capacity injection
The small-capacity injection production line includes the KCL series vertical ultrasonic vial washing machine, the KASMR tunnel-type hot air circulation sterilization oven, and the AFV series horizontal filling and sealing machine, all of which can also be used individually. Designed for producing ampoules ranging from 1-20ml, this line can perform 20 processes, such as spray water injection, ultrasonic rough cleaning, external vial flushing, continuous internal flushing with circulating water, air blowing, preheating, drying, sterilization, cooling, nitrogen filling, and sealing.
